We are seeking a strategic, technically fluent, and execution-oriented Technical Product Manager to own and drive the development of Fembol’s digital products and platform capabilities.
You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, translating complex operational and customer problems into scalable, high-impact technical solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams on system design, APIs, integrations, and platform architecture, while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
This role is ideal for someone who can think in systems, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and technical direction aligned with business objectives and platform strategy.
Lead product discovery by deeply understanding customer needs, operational workflows, and business challenges through research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
Identify high-impact opportunities through user insights, market trends, and internal data, and translate them into clear product hypotheses and solutions.
Validate ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and iterative feedback before committing to full-scale development.
Translate business problems into clear product requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and scalable system designs.
Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver robust solutions across APIs, integrations, workflows, and core platform infrastructure.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery and solution design to launch and continuous optimization.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural decisions, technical tradeoffs, and system design considerations.
Lead agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
Ensure high standards for QA, testing, documentation, reliability, and performance across all product releases.
Monitor product, technical, and operational performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, operations, and business teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure product-market fit and successful adoption.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and intelligent systems across logistics workflows.
Own key product and business KPIs, driving measurable impact on efficiency, growth, and user experience.
Contribute to building a strong product and engineering culture through structured thinking, clear communication, and high execution standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
4–6+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or related roles.
Experience managing Agile product development teams and product backlogs.
Experience conducting customer research and user testing.
Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
Experience using AI tools for prototyping is an added advantage.
Experience using design tools like Figma is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of product discovery, user research, experimentation, and analytics.
Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Productboard, Figma, Miro, Notion, or similar.
Strong analytical skills, including experience using Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight technology is a strong plus.
CSPO, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are an added advantage.
