Lead and coordinate the development of integrated field development plans (FDPs) and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Provide technical leadership on urban and infrastructure planning components for field development, including roads, housing, water, energy, and logistics interfaces.
Oversee asset planning schedules, identifying key milestones and critical paths for exploration, development, and production activities.
Conduct regular scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments to support optimal decision-making.
Support the development of urban impact assessments, master plans, and infrastructure integration plans in host communities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Urban & Regional Planning, Petroleum Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, or Energy Systems Planning is a strong advantage.
Membership and active registration with NITP, TOPREC, COREN, or any recognized international planning/engineering body.
Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a senior planning or leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in leading integrated upstream planning projects involving urban and infrastructure components.
Strong knowledge of field development planning processes and petroleum lifecycle planning.
In-depth understanding of urban planning principles, infrastructure development, and spatial integration with oil & gas projects.
Proficiency in planning software and tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant modeling tools.
