Description 

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and smooth manufacturing processes.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to prevent downtime. Ensure machinery is well-maintained and operating within required standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during production, escalating more complex issues to senior technical staff.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality of products by adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performing necessary inspections during production.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and product quality checks.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the optimization of processes and operational efficiency. Suggest improvements for reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Operator within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Possess a minimum of OND in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods, handling equipment, and performing manual tasks.
