Technical Operations Manager at Bave Design Studio

About the Role:

•  We are seeking a skilled Technical Support WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with solid PHP and WooCommerce experience, capable of providing technical support to clients, building and maintaining plugins, and handling basic server management and deployment tasks.
• You will work closely with our development and operations teams to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize site performance, and ensure seamless user experiences across all WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client websites built on WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins and themes.
• Diagnose and resolve plugin conflicts, site errors, and server-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members to deploy updates and manage staging and production environments.
• Optimize website performance, including speed, database, and server efficiency.
• Perform regular site maintenance, backups, and security checks.
• Support DevOps tasks such as setting up and maintaining server environments (cPanel, Cloudways, or similar).
• Document technical processes, solutions, and workflows for internal use.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce development.
• Experience creating and customizing WordPress plugins.
• Familiarity with MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with hosting environments and server setup (e.g., cPanel, Cloudways, VPS).
• Understanding of version control (Git) and staging/deployment workflows.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must be available during standard working hours (9 AM – 5 PM).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security protocols, backup automation, or performance monitoring tools.
