JOB SUMMARY
Data2Bots Academy, a program focused on training Data Professionals is currently in search of an Technical Online Trainees to provide support to the Technical team for successful live online training to students in the area of Data Engineering and other similar data fields.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience in software engineering
Degree in relevant technical fields
Experience with a programming language (python preferred)
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
Any IT certification preferred
Understand the end-to-end software lifecycle
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Superior presentation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with technical course content creator in preparing technical course content in accordance with program needs eg presentations and worksheets
Prepare training schedules and classroom agenda
Experience with working in an Agile project environment is an advantage
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc in groups or individually
Keep and record data on completed courses, absences, issues etc
Observe and evaluate results of training programs
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
