Position Overview
- We are hiring a Technical Manager (UPS & Inverter Division) to lead our UPS and inverter operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, at least 5 years of proven experience, and leadership skills to manage installations, maintenance, and after-sales support.ce delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS & inverter systems.
- Lead and mentor engineers/technicians to ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Provide technical support during client consultations and project execution.
- Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on emerging power technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in UPS & inverter systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., COREN, IEEE) are an added advantage.
