    Technical Manager (UPS & Inverter Division)

    Position Overview

    • We are hiring a Technical Manager (UPS & Inverter Division) to lead our UPS and inverter operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, at least 5 years of proven experience, and leadership skills to manage installations, maintenance, and after-sales support.ce delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across the division.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS & inverter systems.
    • Lead and mentor engineers/technicians to ensure top-quality service delivery.
    • Provide technical support during client consultations and project execution.
    • Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting solutions.
    • Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on emerging power technologies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in UPS & inverter systems.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., COREN, IEEE) are an added advantage.
