Technical Maintenance Officer at DET Consulting Limited

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Technical Maintenance Officer to maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the efficient operation of solar and renewable energy systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve solar, electrical, inverter, and battery faults.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries.
• Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of solar systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and respond to breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• HND/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or power sectors.
• Good knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.
