Technical Lead - AI Integrated Chatbot Project at Vennote Technologies Limited

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers and engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical aspects of the project.
• Define the technical architecture and roadmap for the chatbot project.
• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for natural language understanding, intent recognition, and response generation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the chatbot platform to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define chatbot features and functionalities.
• Ensure the chatbot's performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and chatbot technologies.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience building solutions and leading development team.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead in AI or chatbot projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Expertise in NLP techniques, including entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and intent classification.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Knowledge of chatbot platforms and development tools.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of conversational design principles.
• Experience with chatbot evaluation and optimization.
