Technical IT Support at SignalADoc Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Support professional with 3-5 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for our IT infrastructure.
• The successful candidate will be based in Abuja and will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for staff and departments.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide training and guidance to users on software and hardware usage.
• Manage IT inventory and ensure timely upgrades or replacements.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar).
• Experience in agriculture-related IT systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in a range of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and network configurations.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Must have completed NYSC.
