Technical Engineer-Intern at TIA Technologies Limited

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Support the Design and installation of security systems including CCTV, and access controls.
• Installing and troubleshooting software and networking systems.
• Assist in Ensuring projects are well executed professionally within the agreed date of delivery and do not attract fault calls & all tasks are accomplished within the approved Budget.
• Assist in Maintenance and service of CCTV and access control systems.
• Support in ensuringthat all fault calls on ongoing projects are accepted with customer empathy and attended to as a matter of urgency.
• Ensure all control measures/safety effects provided on site are used and maintained as allocated.
• Assist in maintaining computer security and backups or other procedures as instructed.
• Ensure that all work tools provided are well used, kept safe, and accounted for.
• Responding to general IT requests.
• Ensuring security software is kept up to date to be flexible in order to undertake the many different areas of work that are required, such as project work, producing reports etc.
• And all other related duties as assigned.

Educational / Skills Requirements

• OND / HND in Electrical Engineering
• 0 - 2 years experience in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on IT Infrastructure.
• Level 3 English Proficiency (Speaking & Writing).
• Electrical Design and Drafting skils
• Communication Skill - Messaging (Email, Chats, etc.) & Verbal (Call, VN, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Report writing skill.
• Use of MicrosoftOffice.
