Job Description

• Integrate hands-on projects and design-based learning activities to cultivate critical thinking, creativity, and practical application of technical drawing skills.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technical drawing curriculum that covers fundamental drawing techniques, geometric construction, and CAD software usage.
• Make sure that the classroom is a stimulating environment that facilitates learning.
• Guide students in creating technical drawings and blueprints for architectural, engineering, and design projects.
• Introduce students to industry-standard CAD software and teach them how to create digital drawings and 3D models.
• Foster creativity and problem-solving skills through design challenges and real-world application projects.
• Grading student performance and providing feedback and guidance.
• Assess student progress and understanding through assignments, projects, and practical demonstrations.

Requirements:

• B.Eng Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching technical drawing
• Proficiency in technical drawing techniques, including manual drafting and CAD software.
• Thorough comprehension of engineering drawing standards, orthographic projections, dimensioning, and architectural drawing conventions.
• Knowledge of teaching styles recommended
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
