Core Responsibilities
Technical Support:

• Troubleshooting technical issues with hardware and software.
• Assisting with the maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Providing technical support to users.
• Setting up and operating technical equipment for events or projects.

Administrative Support:

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Handling data entry and processing invoices.
• Preparing and archiving documentation, including reports, records, and contracts.
• Managing inventory and supplies.
• Acting as a liaison between departments and staff.

Project Support:

• Assisting with project planning and implementation.
• Collecting and analyzing information for projects.
• Preparing reports and presentations.

Other Duties:

• Conducting research and gathering information.
• Assisting with training and onboarding.
• May also be involved in developing and maintaining systems for documentation and records.
• May be involved in training other technicians.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years experience.
