Job Description

• Perform basic administrative and technical tasks including filing and creating reports
• Develop agricultural intervention programs for the organisation
• Coordinate with agri business officer
• Making daily visits and monitoring of farms
• Conduct research and provide advice to senior management on agricultural practices to optimize quality,yield and income

Job requirement

• Education; Agriculture technical assistant,plant science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience  in working in agriculture sector especially in the field
• Ability to manage and motivate farm workers
• Willingness to locate in a town near to focus cluster is manadatory
• Self disciplined and trustworthy
• Good communication skills to communicate and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
