Job Expectation / Purpose

• As a technical assistant, you will be expected to carry out fundamental administrative duties, such as filing, writing emails, printing documents, scheduling meetings, taking phone calls, and producing reports.
• The technical assistant provides support and assistance on strategic and technical matters as well as provides high quality secretarial and administrative support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General manager and supporting business operations by doing administrative and technical tasks.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
• Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.

Required Qualification

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Office Administration or relevant field.
• Good years of experience as an administrative secretary and other relevant technical certificates would be an added advantage.
• Advance proficiency in computer packages: MS Office and database systems.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding skills.
• Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
• Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware and peripherals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under strict supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data.
• Good time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
