Technical Assistant at Doheney Services Ltd

Industry: Consulting 

Requirements:

• BSC. Or HND holder
• Should have 3-5 years’ experience as a Technical Assistant, Personal assistant, Executive assistant or similar role
• Should be a young person
• Should be Analytical & detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• He/ she will be working directly with the C.E.O.
• Provide sales & support to Clients as required
• Answering telephones and taking messages.
• Representing the CEO in meetings and proposal presentations.
• Printing and filing documents.
• Composing emails, writing proposals & typing up reports.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Organizing company travel arrangements. 
• Providing technical assistance with operations.
• Setting equipment parameters. 
• Supports consultants and other staff
• Assist with field survey preparation, organisation, data collection and data entry
• Manages contact with consultants and other staff by themselves 
• Supports consultants and other staff
• Book training as required
• Assist with field surveys as required
