The Monitoring Team Member is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective monitoring of systems, processes, and activities within the organization. This role involves monitoring platforms, analyzing data, generating reports, escalations to the internal staff and third parties for prompt escalations, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Systems and Processes: Continuously monitor various systems and processes to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on monitoring activities, patterns, findings, and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address issues and implement improvements.
Incident Management: Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring timely escalations to the necessary channel for prompt resolution and proper documentation of incidents.
Training: Provide training and support to staff within the organization on monitoring tools and best practices.
Work schedule – Will be required to work weekends and night shift/rotations.
