Tech Support Associate at Plug Entertainment

• We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Tech Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless technical operations across our entertainment platforms and live productions.
• You will also collaborate closely with production teams, artists, and management to guarantee smooth execution of shows, digital content delivery and internal IT needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve website. digital platforms and system-related issues.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and timely publishing of announcements.
• Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure digital platforms reflect current activities.
• Support routine maintenance, updates and upgrades on digital platforms.
• Provide user support and guidance to staff on digital tools and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Associate, IT Support or similar role.
• Familiarity with entertainment industry tools (e.g., ticketing platforms, streaming systems, production equipment) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
