Role Overview:

• As a Tech Lead at Gradely, you will spearhead our development team, guiding the creation of high-performance, scalable software solutions that resonate with our users’ needs.
• This role demands a blend of expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a strong command over Golang, PHP, and Vue.js.
• You will be instrumental in driving the architectural decisions, managing database optimization, and deploying solutions on AWS. Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of robust backend systems with Golang and PHP, focusing on high efficiency and responsiveness.
• Guide the frontend team in crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with Vue.js, prioritizing design and user experience.
• Oversee MySQL database management, ensuring data integrity and optimizing performance.
• Champion Agile methodologies within the team, leading by example in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and maintaining a high standard of code quality.
• Influence UI/UX design discussions, contributing your expertise to elevate the user interaction and design aesthetics.
• Employ Git for version control, facilitating seamless collaboration across the development team.
• Utilize AWS for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, ensuring robust and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting a learning-driven environment.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, translating technical details to non-technical audiences, and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in backend development with Golang, including a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency principles.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies, notably Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Extensive experience with MySQL or similar relational databases, focusing on optimization and performance enhancement.
• Solid track record in leading Agile teams, adept in Scrum methodologies, and committed to delivering high-quality code efficiently.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and a strong advocate for collaborative development practices.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture principles, and hands-on experience in application deployment and management.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the adaptability to overcome challenges in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in mentoring or leading development teams is highly desirable
