Tech and IT Analyst at Waya Multilink

• Designing efficient IT systems capable to meet business and technological needs 

• Planning and overseeing all technical projects within a company (e.g. software/ hardware installations, upgrades and repairs) 

• Integrating multiple systems for reconciling needs of various teams 

• Coordinating with developers for the purpose of building and implementing technology solutions 

• Developing and analyzing functional specifications 

• Communicating with stakeholders for understanding their requirements 

• Gathering feedback about system performance from end users so as to bring necessary changes 

• Providing technical advice and training to IT Technicians 

• Staying aware of latest technology advancements and trends so as to cope with them by bringing necessary upgrades in the system  

• Having a deep understanding of business and technology requirements 

• Building, designing, examining, and implementing well organized and structured IT systems 

• Gathering feedbacks or responses from end users in order to continue improving systems effectively 

• Meeting and communicating with stakeholders in order to understand and meet their requirements 

• Organizing developers to build and implement technology solutions 

• Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing projects 

• Supplying advice and technical training to all new employees on all IT procedures and processes 

• Providing expert knowledge to resolve all IT issues 

• Running tests or investigations on all application issues and recommending and providing resolutions 

• Contributing to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date filing systems 

• Regular use of the computer to create reports 

• Contributing to team meetings 

• Providing enhancements to all applications, and providing support to all third-party software tools 

• Maintaining knowledge of all management processes 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role 

• Experience in project management 

• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting 

• Understanding of business practices 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Analytical mindset 

• Problem-solving aptitude 

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
