Team Member, Datacenter & Infrastructure Services at ARM Hold Co.

Job Summary

• The Team Member, Datacenter & Infrastructure Services will be responsible for ensuring daily support, configuration and troubleshooting of servers and systems on the network.
• This includes the continuous development and maintenance of procedures and administrative records.

Responsibilities

• Active directory and domain support
• Install, maintain, and update all server and systems in the information technology landscape.
• Review and optimization of the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure availability of backup and recovery of all datacenter assets.
• Perform system and application updates as well as equipment firmware updates on all   information technology landscape assets.
• Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations, and diagnostic procedures for the information technology landscape.
• Provide support for network devices on the information technology landscape.
• Ensure support tickets are properly logged.
• Reporting on the status of the  information technology landscape 
• Messaging and collaboration support on-premises and cloud
• IT Asset Inventorying and documentation
• User support
• Knowlegde of entreprise networking using Cisco and Mikrotik will be an added advantage

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• Relevant certifications: VMware, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, FortiGate Firewall, Mikrotik  would be an added advantage.
