The Team Member, Datacenter & Infrastructure Services will be responsible for ensuring daily support, configuration and troubleshooting of servers and systems on the network.
This includes the continuous development and maintenance of procedures and administrative records.
Responsibilities
Active directory and domain support
Install, maintain, and update all server and systems in the information technology landscape.
Review and optimization of the IT infrastructure.
Ensure availability of backup and recovery of all datacenter assets.
Perform system and application updates as well as equipment firmware updates on all information technology landscape assets.
Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations, and diagnostic procedures for the information technology landscape.
Provide support for network devices on the information technology landscape.
Ensure support tickets are properly logged.
Reporting on the status of the information technology landscape
Messaging and collaboration support on-premises and cloud
IT Asset Inventorying and documentation
User support
Knowlegde of entreprise networking using Cisco and Mikrotik will be an added advantage
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of work experience.
Relevant certifications: VMware, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet, FortiGate Firewall, Mikrotik would be an added advantage.
