Team Lead, Stakeholder Management at First Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned non-bank subsidiaries and coordinate stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor business, financial, operational, and strategic performance against approved plans.
• Drive execution and tracking of strategic initiatives and synergy opportunities across subsidiaries.
• Coordinate governance, risk, audit, and regulatory follow-up activities.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior management.
• Facilitate business reviews and ensure implementation of agreed actions from management and governance meetings.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, PMO, Business Performance Management, Consulting, or Group Coordination roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of governance, performance management, and the Nigerian financial services sector.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across multiple business units.
