    Team Lead, SME Loan Sales

    Job Description

    • The successful candidate will Lead a Sales team to sell assigned loan products and achieve set targets.
    • He/she will lead, coach and manage a team, to help reach daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and productivity goals set by Management team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and drive a team of credible sales associates to help achieve assigned team targets
    • Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities
    • Directly responsible for the Team Target and ensure expectations are met
    • Constant monitoring and review of loan portfolios to minimize risk
    • Developing growth, sales and expansion strategies and plans to diversify and improve sales
    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
    • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation as specified
    • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
    • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
    • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
    • Assess customer needs, explore all options to cross-sell and resell
    • Suggest alternate channels and cross sell products and services to accomplish quotas. etc.
