    Team Lead Sales

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Team Lead Sales who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and cooperate bodies
    • Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
    • Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
    • Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan
    • Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
    • Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, chats and personal visits.
    • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
    • Work with the team effectively to achieve monthly sales target.
    • Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
    • Proven experience in sales management and business development
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
    • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Punctual and reliable
    • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships with customers and partners.
