Purpose (Brief)

• Manage Spot Checks, Reporting, and Quality Enforcement for Outside Plant Fiber Operations. Maintain standards for training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance and Compliance for Outside Plant Deployments
• Audit and Verification of As-Maintained Information
• Update and Maintain Standards and Specifications Documentation
• Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices
• People Management and Training Initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Educational: B.Eng in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)
• Professional: CFOT certification is advantageous
• Technical: Proficient in Fiber Turnkey Deployments, Civil Works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Visio, GIS
• Communication: Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

Work Experience:

• 5 years in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD, and GIS
