    Team Lead / Productivity Manager

    Job Functions

    • Ensure sales achievement across Tangerine Retail products.
    • Providing strategies and marketing plans for Sales team
    • Contributing to meeting monthly/yearly sales targets.
    • Answering customer and sales team queries.
    • Solid understanding of financial industry policies and competitive products.
    • Team building and mentorship.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in any discipline with Sales, Team building and leadership experience in any Financial Institution not less than 5 years.
