• Agent / Aggregator wallet creation.
• KYC verification.
• Pos Activation and mapping.
• POS remapping.
• Keep records of all POS mapped and to whom it was mapped.
• Ensure all POS given out is paid for.
• Transaction Dispute resolution.
• Reconciliation and chargebacks.
• Initial product setup and launch Monitoring.
• CBN / SANEF Reporting.
• Transaction monitoring.
• Downtime monitoring.
• Revenue assurance
• Recovery.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc holder.
• Minimum of 4 years experience.
• Experience in running MMO operations.
• Inquisitive mind.
• Extremely detailed.
• Time conscious.
