Job Grade: Assistant Manager

Job Summary

• Responsible for group-wide financial reporting & consolidation activities and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal control and audit standards.
• Manage the process for preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports - quarter, half year, year-end) in line with reporting policies and regulatory guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• First Degree (minimum of second-class upper division) in a numerate discipline - Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics (or any other related discipline).
• Professional accounting certification is mandatory (e.g. ACA, ACCA)
• MBA / M.Sc in Finance will be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum experience - 8 years' experience in financial control / reporting (with at least 4 years in supervisory capacity).
• Experience in audit exercises and reviews
• Experience in one of the big four professional service firm is mandatory.
