Oversee financial department activities for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, etc.
Develop strategies for financial operations to optimize financial performance and strategic positioning.
Direct financial planning and budgeting processes.
Manage and mentor finance department staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in financial management and accounting as a Finance Officer, Finance Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting software and databases.
Leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (CPA or CFA) is a plus
