Team Lead Finance at OVERWOOD

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee financial department activities for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, etc.
• Develop strategies for financial operations to optimize financial performance and strategic positioning.
• Direct financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Manage and mentor finance department staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in financial management and accounting as a Finance Officer, Finance Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and databases.
• Leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (CPA or CFA) is a plus
