Team Lead - Corporate Loans & Services at Michael Stevens Consulting

Objectives

• Coordination and approval of loan disbursement within agreed TAT for service excellence, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction
• Grow Corporate Client portfolio
• Supervise Marketers and Credit Officers
• Efficient management of loan disbursement and fulfilment in line with the bank’s strategic requirements and credit policies
• Provision of exceptional banking services to both internal and external customers of the bank through timely and accurate disbursement of all Finacle Loans/ Corporate Loan Credit transactions
• Review all valid and required documentation for Loan disbursement and fulfilment,customer’s executed offer letter, Relationship team’s instruction, Loan setup form, Loan amendment form, Overdraft setup, form Restructured facilities setup form) to ensure customers’ compliance with conditions precedent to drawdown in relation to transaction dynamics etc
• Interpretation of approval documents and recommendation of applicable disbursement parameters/modalities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of production experience in banking or a related industry
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Must be experienced, enthusiastic and visionary.
