Team Lead at Aztec Microfinance Bank

Requirements

• Qualification: HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Part-qualified ICAN/ANAN is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years, including at least 2 years in hospitality/retail cash operations, internal audit or loss prevention.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in stocktaking and shrinkage/loss investigations.
• Must demonstrate strong integrity, independence, firmness and the ability to withstand pressure or undue influence.
• Eligibility: No previous employment with The Gallery and no family/personal relationship with any Gallery employee or supplier.

General Requirements:

• High integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional independence.
• Relevant hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling or stock-control experience is an advantage.
