• As a Teacher at Talent Mine School, you will be expected to: Present lessons in an interactive, engaging, and practical manner while using visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
• Provide personalised instruction to each student and ensure that lessons are learner-centred.
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.).
• Assessing, recording, and reporting student progress and providing regular feedback to students, parents/guardians, and donors Ensure that the classroom is a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fosters student learning and growth.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom and a classroom culture where all students feel included and valued.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Take ownership of the vision and mission of the school.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities.
