Tax Accountant at IGPES Group

Job Description

• Participates in tax planning for the group and recommends strategies for tax savings.
• Ensures group wide compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Represents the group in tax reconciliation meetings with tax authorities.
• Assist the external tax consultants in the coordination of tax audits and responding to tax queries.
• Prepares monthly payments, files monthly and annual returns.
• Prepares monthly reports on taxes/levies payable and tax credits receivable.
• Monitors and chases tax credits receivable from clients.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Law.
• ACCA or ACA plus CITN membership.
• Minimum of 7 years work experience.

Other Skills:

• Good knowledge of tax laws and statutory regulations
• Advance knowledge of any ERP
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
