Reliance Health is seeking health professionals to contribute to data management project by annotating medical terminologies, investigations, procedures, and drugs using a standardized terminology tool. • Annotate medical terminologies, investigations, procedures, and drugs using a standardized terminology tool. The Standardization Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all medical terms, procedures, and drugs are accurately mapped to the correct standardized code.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s standards, regulations, and best practices related to tariff naming, coding, referencing and upload
• Collaborate with supervisors to review standardized tariffs and ensure that they are done adequately
• Maintain accurate records of all standardized codes and ensure that they are up-to-date for ease of reference.

Requirements

• Minimum of a first degree in medicine, pharmacy, or nursing. No clinical experience is required but it will be an added advantage irrespective of first degree.
• Experience with medical terminology, tariff management and diagnoses and tariff coding, as well as experience with standardization processes is an added advantage.
• Excellent numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite or Google Suite of products
