Tank Jack Operator at PieCurve Energy Projects Limited

Job Summary

• Piecurve Energy Projects Limited is seeking an experienced Tank Jack Operator to operate a Double Piston Jack in support of our tank rehabilitation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring double piston tank jacking systems during tank lifting activities, ensuring safe, controlled, and coordinated operations in line with approved procedures and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor double piston tank jacking equipment during tank lifting and lowering operations.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Coordinate with the tank jacking supervisor, rigging team, mechanical team, and other site personnel to ensure synchronized lifting operations.
• Monitor hydraulic pressure, lifting levels, equipment performance, and load distribution throughout operations.
• Comply with approved lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements, and Permit-to-Work requirements.
• Identify and report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and operational abnormalities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and report any incidents or near misses promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and applicable oil and gas industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating double piston tank jacking systems for storage tank construction or rehabilitation.
• Practical knowledge of hydraulic tank jacking equipment and synchronized lifting operations.
• Relevant technical training or certification in tank jacking operations will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, lifting procedures, and hazard identification.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
• Valid evidence of relevant work experience and competency.
