Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Studies / Information Systems or any related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience for Systems Support Engineer
- Good knowledge of computer systems, mobiles and other technology
- Ability to install Windows, Linux Operating Systems and 3rd party software
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Ability to install and upgrade antivirus
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to learn and work on changing technologies
- Good communication and customer service skills.
