Essential Job Functions / KRAs

• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Specializes in bringing together component subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together
• Solve problems of automation.
• Modeling techniques and methods

• Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
• Develop and maintain data integration components such as SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction and cleansing, and integration with system front end components
• Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
• Troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to the application development team towards resolving integration errors
• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
• Executing test scripts and reviewing results
• Reporting and documenting technical issues

Required Skill Set

• Telecom & Financial Domain Knowledge
• Software, Systems and Enterprise Architecture skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions
• In depth knowledge of PL-SQL
• Familiarity with database tools such as Toad or SQLDeveloper; Integration Architecture, and best practices
