Switch Boards And Motor Control Centres Specialist at INTECH Process Automation

About The Position

• Supervise the major maintenance and or repair activities of Switchboards and Motor Control centers.
• Supervise the testing and commissioning activities of the Switchboards and Motor Control centers.
• Propose the modifications required for safe and reliable operation of the Switchboards and Motor Control centers.
• Provide SOW and Bill of materials required to execute the modification. Upon COMPANY approval, the Specialist shall supervise the execution of modifications.
• Study the power system operation and control system of generators and provide the modification required in the control system.
• Execute the modifications required in the control system upon COMPANY approval test the modification for successful implementation and provide a report on the modifications executed.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of MV / LV switchboards, and MCCs, along with MV Motors.
• Must have knowledge of SwitchBoards and MCCs ( POWELL & Rockwell ) and MV Motors ( GE, SIEMENS)
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) - medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services
