Under direct supervision, performs or assists in all phases of the rigging up and down of Sand Control service line equipment on work locations for the purpose of providing Sand Control pumping services at the well site.
Prepares materials and equipment (rig up) on job site (blending materials, packaging to ship to location).
Rigs up on location and prepares equipment for installation and service.
Performs and operates equipment to run sand control services on the job site.
Performs rigging down on a location of service line equipment and the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
Performs PSL equipment function check at facility.
Drives a truck or other assigned equipment as required.
Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or similar education and 6 months experience as an Operator Asst-Sand Control, II.
Must have successfully passed company tests or met task guideline requirements.
Successful completion of all I-learn Safety courses is required.
Successful completion of Stimulation I training is recommended.
Must be knowledgable of all Halliburton Energy Services (HES) rules and regulations and of all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines.
Ability to provide limited Product Service Line (PSL) services on job site is required.
The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines.
Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
