    Support Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide initial technical support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and ticketing systems
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to EV products and services
    • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in our support system
    • Provide advanced technical support for complex issues
    • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, sales) to resolve complex technical issues
    • Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles and documentation

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience.
    • Strong technical skills in areas relevant to EV products and services (e.g., electrical systems, software)
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience with EV technology or related industries (e.g., automotive, energy)
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and support tools
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
