Support Engineer

Job Description
- To support installation and maintenance activities for desktop, printers, plotters, notebooksand servers
- To set up and test desktop computer peripherals
- To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
Educational Requirements
- A minimum a First Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- MSCE Windows Server 2012.
