• We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain with a strong focus on procurement, sourcing, supplier research, and cost management. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end operational excellence, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure efficient flow of materials from sourcing to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full supply chain procurement cycle, including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Conduct detailed market research, price benchmarking, and supply market analysis to identify best-value sourcing opportunities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce costs, minimize risk, and improve supplier performance.
• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to ensure continuity and protect against supply disruptions.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, service level agreements, and long-term contracts.
• Lead the full procurement cycle, including vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.

Requirement

• 5–7 years’ experience in supply chain or operations management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and supply chain planning tools
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce is a plus.
