Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize expense allocation across the supply chain.
• Oversee vendor management, including negotiations, onboarding, and relationship maintenance.
• Lead sales forecasting efforts to ensure supply matches demand.
• Establish and enforce structured payment schedules with vendors and suppliers
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and sourcing strategies.
• Perform quarterly vendor performance reviews and initiate a strategic vendor shake-up if needed.
• Maintain an accurate and agile procurement pipeline.
• Conduct quality checks to uphold product and service standards.
• Prepare and present detailed, data-backed reports for internal and executive teams.
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
• Implement tools and systems to improve supply chain visibility and traceability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Adequate experience in the restaurant industry (required)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
