Qualification & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics. or operations management
• Experience in agri-input distribution or FMCG supply chains is an advantage
• Develop and manage demand forecasts and supply plans based on agent network demand, seasonal trends, and project targets, ensuring alignment with procurement schedules and workplans
• Oversee inventory management acrosswarehouses and distribution points. ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate tracking. and minima stock-outs or overstocking
• Coordinate procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient flow of goods to agents and field locations
• Track supply chain KPIs and performance metrics, using data to inform planning. decision-making, and continuous improvement
