    Supply Chain Analyst

    • As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support functional excellence and assurance initiatives across procurement, inventory, and commercial operations. You will play a critical role in driving performance improvement, strengthening compliance and ensuring efficient.

    You’ll contribute to:

    • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, performance trackers, and gap analyses to monitor supply chain performance against strategic, tactical, and operational objectives.
    • Reporting & Management Insights: Prepare monthly management reports and ad-hoc analytical reports.
    • Reconciliation & Financial Assurance: Perform reconciliations across Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and Audit units to ensure data accuracy, financial integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
    • Procure-to-Pay Coordination: Support end-toend Procure-to-Pay processes by coordinating Job Completion Certificates and facilitating final contractor and supplier payments with Finance and user departments.
    • Policy & Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and updating SCM policies and procedures to align with best practices, strengthen controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Risk, Compliance & Commercial Assurance: Contribute to internal reviews, contract optimization assessments, and compliance checks to identify risks and ensure adherence to procurement governance and ethical standards.

    • Supply Chain Data Analysis & KPI Tracking

    • Supply Chain Reporting & Management Information Systems
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Customer Centricity: Deliver accurate,
    • timely, and insightful supply chain
    • analysis and reporting that supports internal stakeholders in making informed procurement and commercial decisions.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial, contractual, and compliance risks
    • People Leadership: Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Audit, and user departments to ensure alignment in reporting, reconciliation, and Procure-to-Pay activities.
    • Entrepreneurship: Drive performance improvement through KPI dashboards, gap analyses, benchmarking, and cost analysis initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
    • Organizational Learning: Strengthen supply chain processes and controls by leveraging data insights, audit findings, and best-practice benchmarking.
    • Change Management: Support the implementation and improvement of SCM policies, reporting frameworks, and technology-enabled processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

    Minimum Requirement

    • This opportunity is an entry level role suited for officer to supervisors.
    • The role reports directly to the SCM Functional Excellence
    • Lead and supports supply chain
    • performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
    • Successfully applicants will typically possess the following criteria:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline.
    • Membership of a professional body is an added advantage.

    Work Experience:

    • A minimum 2 years of experience with demonstrable understanding of supply chain processes.
