Supervisor (Powder Coating) at JMG

Manage a team of Powder Coaters, responsible for the complete powder coating process. Estimate material requirements, assign tasks, evaluate work progress, ensure that safety guidelines are respected, recommend corrective actions, and train staff.

Duties

• Supervising production line (powder coating section) in accordance with plant policies and procedure.
• Responsible for shift schedule, workstation assignments/rotations, staff annual leaves, overtime.
• Schedule and conduct section meetings.
• Responsible for preparation of parts for coating.
• Ensure all principles and practices of powder coating application.
• Observe all coating equipment including electrostatics guns, machine gauges to detect defects.
• Ensure baking at appropriate temperatures within limited time.
• Ensure that all canopy parts produced are well coated and production activities consistent with company established goals for quality and customers specifications.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility.

Minimum Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant courses.
• Min 5-7 years of proven work experience in powder coating.
• Strong exposure to Industrial/Manufacturing environment.
