Role Overview

• Our client is seeking an experienced, result-driven Supermarket Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain strong control over inventory, staff performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supermarket operations and ensure smooth daily running
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and cost control
• Manage inventory, stock levels, shrinkage, and supplier relationships
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations professionally
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supermarket or Retail Manager
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of inventory management and retail operations
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
