Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Subsea Specialist to join our dynamic team.
• This is an office-based role, ideal for a professional with strong technical knowledge of subsea systems who thrives in a collaborative and analytical environment.
• You will play a key role in supporting subsea engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the design, installation, and maintenance of subsea equipment and systems.
• Review and interpret subsea engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of subsea operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure all subsea activities comply with HSE regulations and internal quality standards.
• Participate in risk assessments, technical reviews, and lessons-learned sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Subsea Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 year's experience in subsea engineering or offshore oil and gas operations.
• Strong understanding of subsea production systems, ROV operations, and intervention techniques.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
