We are Real Estate and Facility Management Company We are looking for a structural engineer to oversee our construction projects, to ensure that structures are safe and strong, designing and planning projects details, and provides technical advice to construction workers

Qualification:

 A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum of 7 years’ experience.

Competences:

• Great analytical and Mathematical skills
• Budgeting and projects management skills
• Problem solving skill
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advance knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.

The ideal candidates is expected to:

• Prepare reports, designs, and drawings
• Make calculations about pressures and loads, and stresses
• Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately
• Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness
• Administer contracts and manage projects
• Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers
• Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
• Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
