Strategy & Transformation Officer at AXA Mansard

AXA OneHealth is shaping the future of healthcare and healthtech, and we are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely and partner with senior leadership to design and execute corporate strategy, drive business expansion, and deliver transformational projects that directly impact healthcare innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategy planning, execution, and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence, financial analysis, and identify healthcare growth opportunities.
• Work with project owners to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Prepare executive-level reports and insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success and alignment.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in strategy, transformation, or related role.
• Background in the healthcare/healthtech industry is a strong advantage.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field (MBA/Project Management certification is a plus).
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills (Excel, SQL, VBA are advantages).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
