    Strategy & Project Execution Lead

    About the Role:

    • We are looking for a sharp-minded, execution-focused professional to serve as our Strategy & Project Execution Lead. This role is ideal for someone with top-tier consulting experience, who thrives on solving complex problems and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and on time.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into action, manage day-to-day project delivery, and ensure smooth coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the execution of key strategic and operational projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Solve high-stakes problems across technical, operational, and stakeholder dimensions — providing structure, clarity, and timely decisions.
    • Develop and manage detailed workplans, timelines, and implementation schedules for projects.
    • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, partners, field teams, and consultants to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives.
    • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and design corrective actions.
    • Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets; ensure proper documentation and reporting.
    • Ensure high standards of communication, including drafting internal briefs, strategy documents, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
    • Support the leadership team with real-time insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational performance.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • A first degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or any analytical/technical field. A relevant master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
    • 8–15 years of progressive experience in a project execution, operations, or strategy role — preferably with exposure to a Big Four consulting environment or similar high-performance organization.
    • Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects to completion — on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills; must be comfortable working with ambiguity and turning chaos into clarity.
    • Strong project management discipline — able to create structure, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of English.
    • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
